PURPOSE: To effectively perform passive power mixing or division by forming a passive power divider/mixer which has a little loss other than characteristic division loss, shows equal impedance at all ports, and has electric insulation between ports except input and output ports. CONSTITUTION: The power mixer/divider which divides and mixes electric power passively is provided. In the embodiment, there is a little loss except characteristic division loss, equal impedance is shown at all the ports, and the passive power mixer/divider shows the electric insulation between respective ports except the input and output ports. In the embodiment, this passive power divider/mixer consists of six 'centralized' elements, i.e., capacitors 111, 113, and 115, inductors 117 and 119, and a resistance 121. In a case wherein the characteristic impedance is preferably Z0Ωat the ports 1, 2, and 3, 2Z0Ωis preferably selected as the value of the resistance 121. The capacity of the capacitor 111 is double as large as that of one of 113 and 115 having the same value.
