The suspension damping device comprises an object lens holder, a permanent magnet, a yoke, and a wire suspension(25) formed by four conductive, resilient wire(25a). A printed circuit board is fastened by a screw bolt with a damper rubber plate at one side of the yoke. On the damper rubber plate, a central hole(29a) is prepared for the screw bolt, and four concave-shaped lugs with holes are formed at its four corners. The conductive resilient wires are fixed through the holes on the lugs with a little remained wire which is soldered onto the printed circuit board. The other ends of the wires are fixed to the yoke with tension.
