PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor device for a ladder circuit capable of making a user easily find out the cause that a ladder circuit does not operate.SOLUTION: When a monitoring device for a ladder program according to the present invention receives from a user a designation of a ladder circuit to be confirmed, the monitoring device searches for the closest ladder circuit to be confirmed located forward of the ladder circuit in the ladder program, and extracts a branch circuit to be displayed from the ladder program based on the kind of the branch circuit. The monitoring device executes such processing by going back to the head of the ladder program so as to extract and display branch circuits up to the ladder circuit to be confirmed to thereby help easily find out a condition required for operating the ladder circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
