PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separation membrane element, a gas separation membrane module and carbon dioxide, which can separate carbon dioxide efficiently from a gas mixture efficiently by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A gas separation membrane element comprises: a promotion transport film 18 disposed around a collection pipe 3 having a suction pore 3a formed in the outer circumference and ionizing and selectively penetrating the carbon dioxide C in a mixed gas G containing carbon dioxide C; and a liquid absorptive component 17 arranged in adjacency to the promotion transport film 18 for sucking up the water W from the outside and evaporating the water W from the surface thereby to feed the water W as vapor to the promotion transport film 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
