PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of obtaining low power consumption by utilizing an OPEN mode and a stable frequency.SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: a first detector which detects a PLL lock state; a first timer which clocks an estimated time in which an output signal frequency of a digital control oscillator deviates from a target value; a changeover control unit which suspends or resumes a signal input to a digital input/output unit; and a control unit which, when the first detector detects the PLL lock state, outputs to a digital amplifier a stationary instruction signal of digital control data to be output to the digital control oscillator, to control the changeover control unit to suspend the signal input to the digital input/output unit, and when the first timer completes to count the estimated time, controls the changeover control unit to resume the suspended signal input, to output a stationary cancellation instruction signal of the digital control data to the digital amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
