CONSTITUTION:In the exchanger for supplying magazines 35 where a plurality of capsules 30 are mounted while successively exchanging the magazines, a magazine container 38 which is formed in multiple stages in the vertical direction and the magazines 35 where a plurality of capsules 30 for retaining an element holder are mounted can be inserted detachably for each stage and a magazine exchange position setting device 40 is provided for carrying the magazine container 38 in a specific direction and for setting the required magazines 35 to magazine exchange positions while raising and lowering the magazine container 38 in a specific direction. Further, a magazine carrying device 60 is provided in the place where the magazine 35 set to a magazine exchange position is withdrawn, and carried to the specific position of a reading device, the dose of all glass elements is read by the reading device, the magazines 35 are returned and inserted to the stage part of the magazine container 38.
