Plastics pipeline for air conditioning installations

The pipeline consists of several pipe sections (1,2) connectable via mutually abutting, radial protrusions secured by a clamping ring (6). One pipe section (2) is fitted with a profiled outer band (5) as the radial protrusion with a symmetrical cross-section. The radial protrusion on the other pipe section (1) is formed by at least one radially outwards protruding, upwards flange (3) of the pipe wall. This pref. forms a conical widening of one pipe section end, abutting correspondingly inclined face of the outer band.
