Insect trap for vacuum cleaner

The insect collection system has a funnel (3) with a duct leading into the collection container (6) and with a flap (7) sealing the bottom of the duct. The air is drawn through the funnel, duct and container via an exit duct (2) to which a vacuum cleaner hose can be fitted. The container comprises a transparent holder to view the trapped insects. The container has a screw fitting (5) to the equipment, with a mesh (4) to prevent insects being drawn into the vacuum duct.
