The compressed air preparation system consists of several modules connected by tightening bodies. The tightening bodies consist of U-section coupling clamps (6,6'), the U-arms (7) of which fit in grooves in the side walls (9) of adjacent module casings (5). There are elastic locking tongues (19) on the clamp and/or module casing to fix them to each other. The internal surfaces (11) of the facing U-arms of the coupling clamps diverge from the step (8) in the coupling clamp. They have counter-surfaces (12) corresponding to the grooves in the side walls of the module casing.
