PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of rinse water and to enhance rinse efficiency and to reduce fatigue of a rubber solution by feeding rinse water removed by a measuring means again onto a developed surface and onto the rear surface of the photo-sensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The rinse water is successively supplied onto the developed surface of the photosensitive material having passed through a developing section and a prescribed amount of the rinse water is left by the measuring means on this surface and the left water is removed. The rinse water removed by the measuring means is again supplied onto the developed surface and the removed water is supplied onto the rear side of the photosensitive material. In this apparatus, a mechanism for supplying the rinse water has the measuring means comprising a wire bar 51 and a guide roller 52, and a supply amount is controlled, preferably, to 150-500ml/m<2>. The rinse water removed by the measuring means is used again as the rinse water. Further, the water removed with a pair of squeezing rollers 56 and recovered through a receiver set below in a prerinse 57 is supplied through a pump 58 from a rear side spray 59 to the rear side of a printing plate PS. |
