The machine is for sowing rice seeds rapidly on nursing and seedling boxes, and covers them with soil. It comprises a frame(10) guiding the nursing and seedling boxes; a sowing part(20) including a frame(21) having a multiple of seed storage space(23) connected to holes(22a) for falling the seeds through and holes(22b) for supplying the seeds through, perforated in a bottom(22), a rotary plate(24) opening or closing the holes(22b); and a soil covering part(30) including a frame(31) having a multiple of soil storage space(33) connected to holes(32a) for supplying the soil for the space(33) and holes(32b) for falling the soil through.
