The contact faces between base plate and contact flange (2) have central bores (9), with axis extending in the contact faces. A cylindrical slide element of upper and lower half-round bolts (3,5) is fitted into each bore, so that one bolt each is located in the upper and lower half of the bores. A slide plate (4) is positioned between the facing flat faces of the bolts. The slide places are removeable, and their active height is adjusted by distance plates (10). Each bolt may completely consists of a special slide material, so that slide plates are not required.
