The codeless phone has auto answering function and a remote control function. The codeless phone includes a controller(12) for controlling peripheral equipments, a bell driver(16) for generating bell tone, a first buffer(20) for buffering call signal transmitted from the controller(12), an auto-answer and remote controller(30) for sending replying signal for a call signal and remote control data to a transceiver, a second buffer(40) for buffering dial tone, and a frequency signal generator(50) for generating frequency signal according to output signal of the remote controller(30).
