The collecting plate is manufactured by (A) mixing thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin with curing agent in the ratio of 1:0.01, while the curing agent is mixed with a promoter in the ratio of 1:0.8 ; (B) doping the glass fiber mat (1) with unsaturated polyester resin layer (2) in the ratio of 1:2-1:2.2 to form a central part ; (C) successively laminating carbon mats (3) on the outer sides of the central part, while doping unsaturated polyester thereon to form liquid-phase mixed carbon layers (4) where the weight ratio of unsaturated polyester to carbon powder is 0.7:2.1 ; and (D) drying the product at room temperature.
