PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell fine particle in which physical strength of a surface is high, and a refraction index changes in the fine particle.SOLUTION: A core-shell fine particle 1 includes a core 2 and a shell 3 covering the core 2, where the core 2 is formed of polyorganosiloxane, and the shell 3 is formed of silica. The core-shell fine particle is produced by using a sol-gel method with alkoxysilane as a raw material. In the core-shell fine particle where T is a thickness of the shell and D is a diameter of the core, T/D falls in the range of 0.07 or greater and 1.50 or less. |
