FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: method for surgical treatment of inveterate posterior dislocations of forearm complicated by fracture of coronal process includes disclosing of articular ends of humerus, radius and ulna, freeing of the articular ends from cicatrixes and ossificates, and open setting of the bone. Novelty consists in that before setting the bone, oblique-transverse osteotomy of the elbow tip by tangent to remained front edge of the coronal ulnar notch is accomplished. Osteal projection-stop from the front part of distal fragment is formed by displacing the distal fragment backward. EFFECT: provision of stability and mobility of elbow joint. |
