The device comprises a central frame (1) to which a number of auxiliary parts (11,13,21) can be added as required. The frame can be suspended vertically on the spare wheel at the rear of a vehicle. The frame can also be moved independently of the vehicle by the attachment of small wheels (22) to supports (13). The vertically aligned frame consists of parallel longitudinal tubes (3) connected by cross tubes (5a,5b).
