PURPOSE: To impart oil resistance and the chemical resistance to the surface of a low-cost decorative sheet in which a thermoplastic resin film made of polyvinyl chloride, etc., is used as a sheet base material and to set the thickness of the sheet thin. CONSTITUTION: An ink layer 2 having desired color tone and pattern, a transparent urethane adhesive layer 3 and a clear layer 4 made of transparent ethylene- vinyl alcohol copolymer having oil resistance of a thickness of less than 60μm are sequentially laminated in this order on a sheet base material 1 made of an opaque thermoplastic resin film.
