FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: machine has power basis 1 and chassis 2 on foundation 3 of which technological equipment is mounted in constitution: charging mechanism 4, block of milling cutters 5, system of feeding rollers 6, block of saws 7 and extensible roller table. Charging mechanism is equipped with a number of blocks vertically oriented and symmetrically disposed relative to longitudinal axis of machine of cylinders 9 having concave cone-shaped surface. Cylinders 9 are mounted on hinged frame with eccentric drive. Horizontal cylinders 12 are placed between vertical cylinders 9 in alternating order. Feeding mechanism 6 includes at least one cone-shaped roller disposed in front of block of saws 7 and one roller with wedging disks. The machine concerns equipment for complex reprocessing of small-dimension wood. EFFECT: enhanced performances of machine. 3 cl, 7 dwg |
