Modular component for large planar and linear units

The modular component includes coil formers (4) which are fitted into coil recesses (3) of the base body (2) and are secured by injected epoxy resin (5). Each coil former consists of two sheet metal laminations (25) as a core for a coil (8). On the left-hand core lamination is inserted a permanent magnet, e.g. as a magnetic north (6).On the right-hand core lamination is inserted a permanent magnet, e.g. as a magnetic south (7). The two magnets are bridged by a segmented soft magnetic bridge (9). Specified wall arrangements form the individual coil recesses. There are two air nozzles (22) and cover plates for the coil recesses.
