The device has a random additional filter (3), perforated plate, or similar component, located across the flow at a selected angle to the flow or perpendicular to the channel cross-section. The additional filter is located upstream or downstream of the existing stationary filter (1) and flow rectifier, and is movable, replaceable and variable in its working surfaces.The additional filters are adjustable in one or more planes across the flow by the height (Y) and width (X) of the flow passage. A steady flow of water may be obtained.
