The semi-automatic dabber capper is an invention by Raymond Parent of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It was developed as a result of the requirement by a newly forming bingo supply company (Bluepath Industries Ltd., 15018-116 Ave., Edmonton, Alberta) for low cost, efficient machinery. It is used to sort and insert dabber caps into ink bottles used for dabbing squares on disposable bingo cards. This is an application for patent rights of the inventor to the Commissioner of Patents of Canada.
