An anchorage (10) of the rotary rod (9) transmitting movement from the steering wheel to a pinion (4') and rack (4) is blocked by a die (11) at the end of a bar (11') movable axially within the hub (8) which is coupled to the sleeve (5") of the servo-valve (5).As the speed rises the angular deviation of the shaft or core (5') of the valve is gradually reduced until the rotation of the steering wheel is transmitted directly to the pinion and rack.
