An anti-noise device for a steel wire twister comprises a safety cover(20) filled with anti-noise matter and enclosing a rotating shaft(1), a rotating wheel(2) and a twisting rotator(3), which are generating a noise due to the high speed of rotation, a cooling blower(5) for a driving motor(4) interconnected with a duct, a noise absorbing blower(6) connected to the safety cover by a duct in order to intake noises in it, and a noise absorber(7) with an outlet duct(8).
