PURPOSE: To provide the reel unit of a slot machine constituted so as to attach a reel holding plate to a reel unit frame in a freely detachable manner by engagement without using a screw. CONSTITUTION: Three reel holding plates 8 having reels 9 attached thereto through a reel motor 10 are attached to a reel unit frame 7 by engaging the first and second engaging parts 11, 12 attached to the reel holding plates 8 with the third and fourth engaging parts l3, 14 attached to the reel unit frame 7 corresponding to the first and second engaging parts. By this constitution, the attaching and detaching work of the reel holding plates becomes extremely easy and no time is required in the assembling of a reel unit 4 and, therefore, the reels 9 are easily attached and detached even after a slot machine 1 is supplied to a game house and the manager himself of the game house can control the reel holding plates 8 from the reel unit frame 7 by one-action operation at the time of the maintenance and inspection of the reels 9. |
