The unit includes a 600M multi-transmitter(10) for multiplexing a signal for ISDN basic access service to 45Mb/s, a 45M communication channel multiplexer(20) for receiving DS3 data from the 600M multi-transmitter(10) and transmitting a signal of 44.736Mb/s, a narrow-band ISDN 2.048Mb/s frame mapping/demapping means(30) for transmitting the 2B+D and C(Cv1) channel among the 2.048Mb/s data transmitted from the 45M communication channel multiplexer(20) to each subscriber, and a 155M multi-transmitter(40) for transmitting a digital video and audio signals to the subscriber.
