The piece (14) has a mounting plate (18) fixed to it over a seal ring, which is fixed coaxial to a drive (20) whose motor shaft is coupled to a coaxial drive shaft (22) reaching into the sloping piece and the pipe section or formed with this as a single piece. A cutting element (24) is fixed to the end of the drive shaft (22), whose outer dia. is at most 10% smaller than the inner dia. of the sloping piece. The dia. (D) of the sloping piece is larger than the dia.
