Valve for sterile processes with two seats

The valve has a first housing (1) with a seat and a similar second housing (2), with a valve plate (3,4) associated with each seat. The two valve plates are so displaceable on a common axis by actuators (5,6) that the two valve housings are selectively connectable, or can be separated. A leakage chamber (14) is formed between both valve plates. The two valve housings and the leakage chamber are each sealed by a bellows against the actuators. Pref. the two valve plates can be sealingly interengaged for closing the leakage chamber.
