FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to gas thermal deposition and can be used in all branches of industry to raise corrosion resistance of steel long-length pipes, in particular, pipes of small diameter. Gear includes lifting roller supports mounted at angle to axis of pipe along tangent line to helical line made by each point of pipe surface in process of its movement which carry pipe to be metallized which is anchored in turn in collets of pushing and pulling drive carriages placed into guides ahead of shot-blasting and after deposition chambers correspondingly. Shot-blasting and deposition chambers in addition to key technological apparatuses anchored immobile along axis of pipe have at least one technological apparatus each placed at some distance ahead of key technological apparatus and switched on after treatment in first technological apparatuses is finished. Receptacles-pipe centering mounts are positioned on shot-blasting and deposition chambers uniaxially to treated pipe. For automation of deposition process and improvement of quality of coating of long-length pipes gear has control system incorporating input-output unit to which inputs there are connected transducers of gear units. Its outputs are connected to processor to which amplifiers of actuating mechanisms of gear are connected through formers of control signals.
