FIELD: IR engineering; devices operating in spectral bands of 3-5 and 8-14 mcm. SUBSTANCE: CdHgT photodetector with semispherical immersion lens is provided, in addition, with cooled diaphragm centered on its optical axis on side of spherical surface of semispherical immersion lens in position x/R≥0, where Ris immersion lens radius; xis distance counted from top of spherical surface of immersion lens to diaphragm. EFFECT: eliminated effect of aberration on dissipation function and improved image contrast. |
