FIELD: medicine, in particular, methods of local application of medicament by ultrasound, directed transport of medicament- phonophoresis, and instrument for its implementation. SUBSTANCE: the method of local application of medicament by ultrasound consists in supply of medicament to a vessel of porous material positioned in the required section, irradiation by an ultrasonic waveguide with an internal blind duct, in which during irradiation medicaments produce a thin directed jet by suction of medicament in the waveguide internal duct and subsequent ejection of medicament in resonance with waveguide oscillations; the device for local application of medicament by ultrasound uses a waveguide made with an internal blind dust and a magnetostricter connected to it, where the waveguide internal blind duct is made in the form of a cylindrical capillary tube, and its length equals the length of the waveguide ultrasound half-wave. EFFECT: enhanced power and reduced area of the jet of injected medicament due to creation of a cumulative jet. |
