PURPOSE: To improve the reflection and loss characteristic by providing a distributed constant circuit and an open stub for impedance correction between an input point and a signal input side and between an output point and a signal output side so as to compensate the deterioration in the characteristic by a parallel resonance line. CONSTITUTION: Short stubs 15a, 15b having an impedance Z4 and a phase angleθ4 are provided newly. The compensation short stub 15a is loaded to cancel a reflection quantity of two open stubs 14a, 14b by parallel resonance lines loaded for isolation when a FRET5a is nonconductive, and the compensation short stub 15a is loaded to cancel a reflection quantity of two open stubs 14c, 14d by parallel resonance lines loaded for isolation when a FRET5b is nonconductive. Since matching is taken by the stubs 14a, b and 15a and by the stubs 14c, d and 15b and the matched components have only to be connected by a line 3, an excellent reflection characteristic is obtained. Since the matched components have only to be connected singly, the matching is attained as to any phase angle by having only to set the phase difference between the reference line 3 and a delay line 4 to be 90 deg..
