The invention concerns a product container (1) for flowing and/or pourable products, with a filling and emptying aperture (3), a spray insert (5) or similar unit and a sealing cap (7). The proposed product container is intended as a solution to the problem of providing a simple, inexpensive, reliable and material-saving way of removing and safely storing the spray insert or similar unit until reinstalled, for the purpose of refilling the product container. This is achieved by providing the spray insert (5) with an edge region (12) which radially covers at least part of the edge contour (11) of the filling and emptying aperture (3). The spray insert (5) is levered out of the filling and emptying aperture (3) by tilting the sealing cap (7), which serves as a tool, and held in the sealing cap.
