PURPOSE: To increase the speed of the execution of the branch condition command by making an effective use of a horizontal micro command group, reading and deciding branch conditions, and making the function field invalid and the sequence control field invalid at the same time based on the results of the decision. CONSTITUTION: When executing the branch condition command, a horizontal micro command is performed by specifying the function field by an address calculation (R2+V→PC) at the branch destination and the specification of the memory control field is made a command reading (IF), and the specification of the sequence control field is made an operation code decoding (DOP).
