SOLUTION: This powder inhaler is provided with a movable loader 3 with at least two chamber 30s each to contain capsule G. The cover turns loader 3 around in only one direction stage by stage, and lock each chamber 30 to the inhaling place where top end 11 for dosage connects capsule G. Two blade 41 and 42 are each fixed to housing 1 and the cover. The end of capsule G is cut by the successive changes of position of the cover against the housing 1.
