PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition including a polymer having aβ- diketone structure and an inorganic lithium compound, insoluble in water, excellent in film forming properties, good in mechanical properties, exhibiting a good ionic electrical conductivity and used for the material of a battery, etc. CONSTITUTION: This composition having an electrical conductivity contains (A) a polymer having aβ-diketone structure, preferably (i) a (meth)acrylate homopolymer having both unsaturated group and acetoacetyl group in one molecule (e.g. a polymer of the formula), or a copolymer of the component (i) and (ii) a monomer copolymerizable with the component (i), and (B) an inorganic compound (preferably using any one of lithium rhodanate, lithium perchlorate, lithium borofluoride and lithium phosphofluoride by 0.1-2 ratio of lithium ion in the component B based on the oneβ-diketone structure in the component A).
