The surface (6) of a slide (5) adjoining the free end of the foot end of the foot part (1) continues the main surface (3) of the foot as opposed to the impact surface (2) which is spaced from the slide surface by an interval (A1,2,3) measured at right angle to this. The length (L2) of the slide is between 2 and 5 times that (L1) of the bearing surface. The interval can be altered in steps and the foot part is releasably fitted to the slide. The free end of the foot is bridged on one side at least by a lateral guide (9) as fitted releasably to slide or foot, and there is a handle (10) near the impact surface. In detail, threaded holes (18) at interval steps take the threaded extension of the impact face and handle is joined to the slide via an extension piece (15) led through hole (16).
