Bread roll baking assembly

Appts. for transferring baking prods. such as bread rolls, from a trough tilting system to a baking plate, has 2 chambers (2,3) each for a baking and fermentation trolley (4,5). A transfer station (8), between the 2 chambers, gives an alternating and simultaneous holding action on tilting trough units (29) and baking plates. An operating mechanism (45) for the tilting trough units (29) is at the transfer station (8).
