The shuttle spool is produced by the following steps of: passing through a thread(8) of grey yarn(7) inserted in the fixed pin(6) into dry adhesive(9) cylinder and a thread hole(11) by controlling an amount of dry adhesive(9) properly; drying the thread by heat drier(15) to an appropriate viscosity and dryness; winding the thread(8) to a winding part(19) in an oblique line; cutting the winded thread(8) by two heaters(21); separating the cutt shuttle spool; and then pressing the winded shuttle spool(23) by pressure plate.
