FIELD: computer engineering; development of final stages of digital circuits operating into common bus carrying resistive load and integrated circuits of rectangular-pulse generators used in medicine, such as biostimulants. SUBSTANCE: circuit that has p-channel output power transistor 1 whose gate is connected to information bus 2 and which operates into load resistor 8 is provided with control signal shaping circuit 3 incorporating nonlinear resistor 4 and linear one 5 connected into common point and n-channel transistor 6 whose gate is supplied with inverted information signal 7 from information bus 2. EFFECT: provision for generating control signals for devices (integrated circuits, boards, etc) depending on whether output load resistor is cut in or cut out and reduced power requirement when load resistor is cut out. 1 dwg
