FIELD: radio engineering, communication systems. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates first subtracter 1, first multiplier 2, third subtracter 9, band-pass filter 3, phase inverter 4, second multiplier 5, second subtracter 6, first decoupler 7 connected in series. Output of decoupler 7 is linked to another input of first subtracter 1. Inputs of first 1 and second 6 subtracters are ties up and present input of device. Output of signal copy generator 11 is simultaneously connected to proper inputs of first 2 and second 5 multipliers. Inputs of third and fourth substracters are tied up and connected to output of first subtracter 2. Output of third subtracter 8 is connected through decoupler 10 to another input of fourth subtracter. Second input of third subtracter 8 is connected to common point of band-pass filter 3 and input of phase inverter 4.
