FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is related to equipment for data transmission and may used for design of adaptive systems for transmission of discrete information in structure of automated data transmission system. Increased effective speed of transmission of discrete information is achieved by insertion of two flip-flops, third divider and set of AND and OR gates. Insertion of additional elements makes it possible for known device to change its redundancy of transmitted discrete information of basis of analysis of information sequence. EFFECT: increased effective speed of transmission of discrete information.
