摘要 PURPOSE: To estimate the kind of a lustrous material and its mixing condition of in a coating film by emitting a light to the surface of the film, and approximating the frequency distribution of a reflected light intensity from the fine unit area for receiving a regularly reflected light at the angle for not receiving the regularly reflected light according to a specific functional model. CONSTITUTION: The light of a halogen lamp (light source) is emitted at the angle of about 30 degrees with respect to the normal of the surface of a sample (coating film), the reflected light is stopped to the spot light having a diameter of 50μm and received at the angle of about 20 degrees, i.e., the angle for not receiving regularly reflected light with respect to the normal. The reflected light intensity is measured at each fine unit area of about 0.2mm×0.2m for the predetermined entire evacuating area by using a microglossimeter, and its distribution is obtained. Then, the obtained reflected light intensity data is input to an analyzer via a magnetic medium to obtain the, frequency distribution of the reflected light intensity. The behavior is expressed (approximated) by the functional model of the sum of the functions adapted to express the mode of the distribution and the tail part of the highly reflected light intensity value, and the kind of a lustrous material and its mixing condition in a coating film having a different particle size.
