<p>Disclosed are methods and compositions for binding endotoxins useful for the removal or detection of endotoxins, involving amidine moieties. The amidine moieties are preferably provided by True Blue or 4,6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI). A preferred support is POROSR.
