The resin is composed of water dispersed polyester resin with acid value 10-90 mgKOH/g, oxalic acid value 70-150 mgKOH/g, weight-average molecular weight 3,000-30,000 and the content of aromatic compound 40-70 wt%, water dispersed polyuretane polyol resin with acid value 5-15 mgKOH/g, oxalic acid value 40-90 mgKOH/g and weight-average molecular weight 1,000-40,000, amino resin as a curing agent and water dispersed block polyisocyanate resin.
