摘要

PURPOSE: To directly form a thin film and a laminated film on a glass base plate with excellent close adhesion. CONSTITUTION: Effect to increase contact area between the ruggedness of the surface of a glass base plate 12 and a film 13 piled thereon is obtained and stress distributing effect is also obtained by mechanically grinding the surface of the glass base plate 12 and performing ruggedness control of surface mophology 14 of the glass base plate 12. Mechanical shock in the mechanical grinding process generates microcracks 11 at the most upper surface of the glass base plate 12 and the ruggedness change of the surface mophology 14 of the glass base plate 12 as well as an effect to distribute stress concentration generated at the glass boundary are obtd.
