PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain output voltage proportional to the ratio of two discontinuous analog input voltage levels in addition to continuous analog input voltage levels. SOLUTION: Voltage inversely proportional to a 1st analog signal voltage is outputted from an inverse conversion part 1, lamp voltage proportional to time is generated from a lamp generator 3 and both the voltage values are mutually compared by a comparator 4. When the output voltage V3 from the conversion part 1 is larger than the voltage V4 from the generator 3, an n- channel MOS transistor(TR) 5 is made conductive and a current proportional to 2nd analog signal voltage from a current source 2 is allowed to flow into a capacitor 6 through the TR 5 and output voltage Vout is stored. |
