PURPOSE: To construct a room unit of an air conditioning apparatus which is buried in a wall of a building to accomplish an air conditioning and a supply of air. CONSTITUTION: A thin type heat exchanger 12A which comprises a heat exchanger tube and fine-line fins joined on the heat exchanger tube is housed in a body 5 and blowers 10a and 10b are arranged on and beneath it. In the cooling operation, air in a room is sucked in at a shutter 9e and cooled by a heat exchanger 12A to be blown into the room along a guide vane 8a. In the cooling plus mixing ventilation, in addition to the operation as mentioned above, outside air is sucked at a shutter 9c. In the cooling plus outside air supply operation, the outside air is sucked at the shutters 9b and 9c and blown out into the room from the guide vane 8a. This accomplishes a compact structure thereby realizing a comfortable environment, cool at head and hot at feet. |
