Usually the output signal of the output port(POB or PB5) in the second interface is not used. But it is output from a port of ports(PBO or PB5), when the count value from the counter(219) is the same as the data value which is stored in ROM(203). Also, in case of the elevator's stopping by service interruption or other emergency condition, the last signal which was given from the micro-processor(200) is stopped through the keep relay of the indicator-backup apparatus(217). As the lamp continually keeps the last time, that makes the switch inspection regarding elevating easy, even after time has elapsed.
