A new method is demonstrated whereby it is possible to close clips at a lower level so as to attain total haemostasis. Also the limbs of the clip in alternate rows of an arrangement of surgical clips are constructed to lock with each other so as to bring about haemostasis during closure by the mutual interlocking of the limbs of the clips. |
